3/4/2010 - NASCAR and Coca-Cola Recycling

The 2010 NASCAR season is in full swing and once again Coca-Cola Recycling is working with NASCAR to encourage fans to recycle their empty bottles and cans. During the 2009 season, more than 3000 recycle bins were placed at NASCAR tracks and over 2.5 million bottles and cans were recycled. Even stronger results are expected for 2010.

The Coca-Cola Recycling Education Vehicle (REV) has already made appearances at Daytona, Las Vegas and Atlanta races this season. It will be at Phoenix International Raceway April 8 – 10 and at Richmond Raceway April 30 – May 2. Race fans are encouraged to stop by the REV for more information about recycling and a chance to win NASCAR prizes.
