6/19/2011 - Baseball Hall of Fame Goes Green
Not only has the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY established a recycling program on its grounds, but the museum employees as well as the event staff are sporting shirts manufactured from recycled bottles. Coke Recycling’s mobile REV unit was on hand Fathers’ Day weekend for the annual Hall of Fame Classic. It will return during the last weekend in July for the annual Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. Held during the last weekend of July, the Induction Ceremony draws a yearly average of 20,000 fans to Cooperstown. If you are planning to attend, have fun and don’t forget to recycle.
